7. Data Input & Evidence

What is this step?​

Insert the quantitative and qualitative ESG data that underpins your PAT, material topics and report sections.

How you do it​

  1. Open your reporting project and go to Data Input.
  2. Work through disclosures topic by topic:
    • Fill metrics, narrative answers and attach documents.
    • Use AI helper for drafting or benchmarking hints.
  3. Mark statuses (To do → In progress → In review → Completed) to keep the progress agent accurate.
  4. Collaborate inline—open a thread whenever a datapoint needs context or help.

Why it matters​

  • Links each PAT action/target to actual evidence.
  • Unlocks the Insights hub (needs ≥10% completion) for the next step.
